half conscious – half unconscious before the flood of flashing images of a tv screen… sound off, pace slow…

imagos' material consists entirely of maximum 5sec fragments from tv broadcasts (only tv presenters, and newscasters, were used) from mostly all free television channels in Athens Greece, captured with a pci tv card and played very slow in multiple layers, then mastered to mini dv tape.

the video is silent, however the environmental soundtrack of each specific screening can be defined as the ‘audio' of imago.
